Breath Bridge Donation Platform

Breath Bridge is a donation program under the Institute of Pulmonology, Medical Research and Development, a registered trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Breath Bridge donation platform (“Breath Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Breath Bridge. By accessing or using Breath Bridge, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the Platform
Eligibility : By using Breath Bridge, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
User Responsibilities: You agree to use Breath Bridge in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Donations and Financial Assistance
- Your donation is voluntary and does not create any contractual or legal obligations on our part.
- We may use your donation to provide financial assistance to patients in need, as determined by our discretion.
Patient Assistance Program : Breath Bridge provides assistance (financial or in kind – including medicines, medical devices, procedures or surgeries, assistance related to medical tests or investigations, transport, and any other support that we believe will be of help) to patients who have lung diseases and medical comorbidities and cannot afford the treatment or have financial challenges for the management of their health conditions. The distribution and grant of support is based on the information provided by patients and their eligibility as determined by our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: Breath Bridge and its contents, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Breath Bridge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of Breath Bridge without our prior written consent.
Privacy
The collection and use of personal information through Breath Bridge are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Breath Bridge, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breath Bridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Breath Bridge.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Breath Bridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Breath Bridge or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai Jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Breath Bridge regarding your use of Breath Bridge and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
