Breath Bridge is committed to ensuring that all donations made on our website are used effectively to further our charitable mission. If you have a donation to Breath Bridge and would like to request a cancellation and/or refund, please read the following policy carefully. 
Breath Bridge is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations. Breath Bridge expects that all donors will exercise due to care and diligence while making donations. Breath Bridge also recognises that a donation may be made erroneously. Breath Bridge will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. Breath Bridge may also seek further information / documents and donors must co-operate in this regard. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your donation if it has already been processed. Furthermore, Breath Bridge is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued. 

If you would like your donation to Breath Bridge be refunded, you must request Breath Bridge in writing or by email for a refund and your request must reach Breath Bridge within 3 days from the date on which you made a the donation i.e. the date on which you:

  1.  Made the donation online, electronically or through other means, OR
  2. Handed over the cheque / demand draft to Breath Bridge or someone authorized by Breath Bridge for this purpose, OR 
  3. Despatched the cheque / demand draft to Breath Bridge by other means. The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation: Date of donation
    • Donation amount
    • If a donation was made through credit card/ draft, please provide cheque/draft number.
    • If a donation was made through credit card, please provide credit card number ( last four
      digits only).
    • If a donation was made online, please provide Donation – ID

The refund process may take approximately 7-30 working days depending on the availability of the information from the third parties such as Payment Gateway , Banks, etc. through which the transaction is done. 
Changes to the policy.
Breath Bridge reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website as soon as possible. Also, your continued use of our website after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the new policy.
